5 Steps to Setting New Year’s Resolutions

For many of us, New Year’s Day represents a fresh start to ambitiously create the changes we hope to see in our life. With the previous year behind you, you may be feeling unstoppable in all that you desire to create.

In honing in on your heart song to decipher all that it is calling for this year to come, how can you best move forward to honor all it yearns for?

Sadly, most people who make resolutions, despite their initial determination and larger-than-life drive, abandon them well before the arrival of spring.

Your dreams and resolutions are far too important to watch them fizzle out without being actualized.

Follow these steps to create the positive habits necessary to see real changes in your life that stick!

Get Clear on Your Vision

Of course, the first step in advancing towards our goals is getting clear on our aim.

What is it that you want to create and foster in your life?

To support you in visualizing the goals you wish to achieve, consider what it is you hope to manifest in regards to these areas of your life:

  • Health
  • Environment
  • Career
  • Relationships
  • Home
  • Money

What does abundance look like in each area of your life?

I want you to daydream here. Imagine relevant, attainable goals that you can bring into fruition these coming months.

Think affirmatively.

Instead of approaching your goals setting with a mindset of what you’re trying to eliminate from your life, focus on what good you want to ADD to your life. This approach supports us in combating potential feelings of lack, scarcity, and deprivation on the road of achieving our greatness.

Allow yourself to visualize your greatest dreams without bounds or limitations.

As you paint a mental picture of your aspirations write them down in your journal, sketch it out, share it with a loved one who will support you in your process or create a dream board.

First Things First

Instead of pursuing resolutions with the mindset of achieving them cold turkey, understand that the positive changes you are striving to make in your life will be achieved as a gradual process.

Working against ingrained habits is a work in progress.

So eliminate the expectation for things to change overnight or immediately. Instead, tackle your resolutions through stages and steps, by first achieving baby steps that will better prepare you for the greater difficulties that come with the change.

For example, let’s say you set a goal to go to the gym every day beginning New Year’s Day. However, if you weren’t going to the gym at all previously, you may be setting yourself up for failure.

While I certainly will not stand in your way if your determination is driving you to such great heights, know that we are more likely to achieve our goals if we begin with feasible and palpable first steps.

For each goal category, write one tangible and achievable first step you can take towards your goal. Set realistic first steps knowing that each one you take brings you higher and higher up the mountain of habitual change.

How can you start today?

Assess Your Patterns

Despite our purest intentions and motivations, often, we find ourselves in patterns, environments, and situations that don’t support us in achieving our greatness.

Just like a seed planted into soil, we have infinite potential in our ability to grow and evolve.

However, if the circumstances aren’t ideal, just like a seed in poor soil, deprived of adequate water or sunlight, we’ll be limited in our capacity to blossom and flourish.

So ask yourself, do the people, places, and things you choose to surround yourself with support your goals?

If you’re striving to live a more aligned, balanced and healthy lifestyle, do the people you choose, the activities you share and the places you gather in reflect your visions of your optimal life?

If not, it may be prime time to reassess who and what you surround yourself with.

Have faith and trust that when your own words, actions, and choices align with and support your desired destination, you will attract and only accept the relationships, environment and past times that support you too.

Be Flexible

“When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don’t adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.” –Confucius

If you are fluid versus rigid in your pursuit towards your greatness, you grant yourself the flexibility to adapt the path in which you actualize your resolutions. When being too rigid in our goals, if we fail to reach our initial expectations we are more likely to feel burdened with a sense of failure and quit before we truly ever begin.

For example, if your initial goal was to eat healthier by replacing one meal a day with a salad, but you find that you just can’t stand salad, instead of chucking out your resolution, find an alternative route to achieve it. There are many ways to actualize the goal of a healthier lifestyle, even if it's not achieved the way you originally intended.

If you approach your desired changes through broad adjustments versus specific behaviors you’ll be able to experiment and adapt in the means in which you achieve your goals.

Give yourself permission to accommodate the path towards your objective as you go. Each step brings you closer to understanding what lasting change looks like for your unique life, desires, and ambitions.

Celebrate Your Progress

In the pursuit of our greatness, many of us fall prey to the critiques and heavy-handed judgments of our inner critics. While it’s more than acceptable to set our expectations and goals for ourselves as high bars to reach, it's counterproductive and down-right unkind to beat ourselves up when we don’t reach our far-reaching destinations.

Put down the bat and pick up a feather.

There’s no joy on our journeys towards our highest selves if we can’t find room to celebrate our efforts along the way.

If you find yourself stuck in a spiral of self-criticism, take a glimpse in your rearview mirror, reflect on all that you’ve lived and all that you’ve conquered, and allow the sheer wonder of how far you’ve come to remind you of your capabilities.

Celebrate the small victories. Be gentle and encouraging to yourself. Be your number one fan and cheerleader.

On Your Way to Greatness

While creating the changes we wish to see in our lives can at times feel daunting, a skillful understanding of how we achieve it creates room for it to be an awe-provoking unraveling towards the highest version of ourselves.

Keep yourself anchored in the knowing that you are leading and living a life of growth and evolution. Contrary to what others may say or think, your life is not a sprint, but more like a marathon.

Can you pace yourself throughout the ebbs and flows of striving towards your ambitions? Can you love and embrace yourself through all the transitions and change? Can you cultivate earnest efforts, firmly built upon the confidence that the merit of your actions can and will bring results?

What is possible is only as infinite and expansive as you’re willing to allow yourself to dream.

You are on your way, blossoming and unraveling into all you’ve always been designed to become.

Palm Oil: The Hidden Monster in Your Processed Foods

Everyday, countless people stroll up and down grocery store aisles making selections to nourish themselves and their families.

We are highly influenced by the shapes, sizes, colors, and words that define these product brands. With time, we may even begin to establish an attachment to certain products, making our ritual market runs predictable and mindless.

In so many ways, we are deeply involved and invested in these choices, yet, how many of us actually know what goes into the products we support and where and how they are sourced?

Due to our rapid-paced, convenient-food culture, consumers tend to know very little or nothing about the products they’re purchasing, and companies know that most people do not care enough to make these corporations change their ways.

It is my hope to shed light onto one of the most destructive, non-sustainable food ingredients prevalent on our shelves today: palm oil.

It’s already well-known to be destructive on our environment and wildlife, yet somehow, this sneaky ingredient has managed to find its way into nearly fifty percent of packaged products in the US today.

  • Packaged noodles
  • Your favorite snack foods
  • Cereals
  • Washing detergents
  • Cosmetics
  • Hygiene products
  • ….and so much more

Why Should You Care?

  • Palm oil is now recognized as one of the leading causes of rainforest destruction as rampant plantation growth devastates some of the world’s most diverse ecosystems.
  • Palm oil is responsible for globally significant carbon pollution.
  • According to the World Wildlife Fund, an area equal the distance of 300 football fields of rainforest is destroyed each HOUR to create room for the palm oil industry.
  • Precious rainforests are burned in order to clear land for plantation development, adding to the already prevalent issue of human induced climate change.
  • The release of smoke into the atmosphere from these deforestation practices has given Indonesia the rank of the third highest ranking greenhouse emitter in the world.

These circumstances alone are enough to sound the alarm, but unfortunately, it’s just the beginning of the devastation.

Loss of Habitat

  • More than 190 threatened species are impacted by the palm oil industry’s deforestation practices. Some of the most vulnerable animals, such as the Sumatran Rhino, Sumatran Elephant and the Sumatran and Bornean orangutan are on the verge of extinction as their habitats are wiped away.
  • The orangutan, the irreplaceable poster-child for the anti-palm-oil industry, is predicted to become extinct in the wild within the next 5-10 years if we do not bring these practices to a halt. An estimated 1000-5000 orangutans are killed each year due to over 90% of their habitat being destroyed in the past 20 years. The United Nations has dubbed this situation a conservation emergency.

Our pleasure and modern-day consumer conveniences are occurring at the expense of our ecosystems, and these damages will be irreversible if we do not create change NOW.

Human Right Violations

  • Indigenous Peoples are forcefully removed from their communities and precious land.
  • Drinking water from streams and rivers that once provided clean hydration have dried up due to water being redirected and privatized by plantations.
  • Local people are deprived of opportunities to create alternative, environmentally sustainable businesses. This lack of economic potential adds pressure for local people to work for the very plantations that rob them, exposing them to hazardous conditions leading to long-term health impacts.
  • Child labor and modern-day slavery still occur on these plantations. This is a very real issue.

What You Can Do

So why am I telling you all of this? Because sadly, we’re the ones paying for it.

  • Get clear and real on what the true cost of our purchases are by researching everything. The industries are deliberately and effectively omitting the truth from us, and it's our job to put the time in to look for the truth.
  • Shine the light of awareness on this issue by talking and writing about it (with love, not judgment, please).
  • Spend money only on products that come from industries that align with our values to protect the planet, its precious creatures and each other.

Too often, we are lead to believe that our individual choices are too small to make a difference. But united as consumers, we have the ability to shift our consumerism landscape to trend towards longevity, sustainability and integrity for all.

Spread the word. Share this article. Support this issue coming into the collective awareness by sharing it in dialogue or in social media. And most importantly, leave palm oil products out of your shopping cart.

Get Out of the House and into the World

Despite evolving to interact with our natural environment through running, playing, touching and engaging our rich sensory experience in nature, today, many of us live rather sedentary lives. We sit inside at our computers all day and get minimal outdoor exercise.

Humans are not designed to be surrounded by all this concrete and metal. But despite our intelligent design, many of us are caught up in the hamster wheel of driving to work in our metal boxes, pent up all day in a cubicle surrounded by artificial lighting, just to drive home and repeat this cycle day after day.

As a symptom of our modern lifestyles, ironically, we’re more likely to watch the wilderness via nature programming on TV than immerse ourselves in the real, tangible thing.

It’s time for us to prioritize time to engage with the beautiful earth that surrounds us.

Green Your Spaces

Even small and simple interactions with nature can give us a zing of energy.

If at first, you find yourself struggling to manage your time to squeeze more nature into your booked agenda, you only need to invest minimally to bring the wild to you.

Purchasing small, potted plants to decorate your home is not only a visually appealing way to decorate your home space, but it’s also an easy way to bring the natural world to you.

Many plants that thrive indoors assist in purifying and humidifying our air, gift our spaces with natural aromas and support us in restful sleep and managing our mental and emotional health.

  • Purchase a few herb plants such as basil, rosemary and mint for your kitchen counter to incorporate in meals.
  • Sip a cup of soothing and relaxing, freshly harvested mint tea as you read a book next to your African Violet flowers.
  • Redirect your gaze from computer work to appreciate the diverse shapes and colors of your office desk succulent garden.

With minimal water and attention, interior gardens will incorporate and inspire a deeper connection with the natural world around you.

Get Time in the Wild

The sooner we recognize that time outdoors is an essential part of our overall well-being, the quicker we’ll come to prioritize time spent outside.

  • Take a moment to smell the roses. Literally.
  • Notice the nature creeping through the concrete cracks in the city.
  • Walk through parks.
  • Take a weekend to go hiking in the countryside.
Studies have shown that walking outdoors can reduce anxiety and stress, so no matter where you are, you need not venture far to escape your four walls and breath in the outside air.

It’s not a question of access, but of making it a priority to connect with your natural environment, no matter how sprawling or confined it maybe.

If you have enough time to watch a show about nature, you have enough time to go out and experience the real thing.

Turn Off Your Devices

With our growing reliance on technology for entertainment, time spent without it continues to decrease rapidly. And the truth is, the more high-tech our lives become, the greater our need for nature becomes.

Observe yourself. How much time do you spend scrolling and “liking” throughout the day?

When was the last time you interacted with the world without trying to capture the experience, slap a filter on it and share with your social media community?

Be present.

Leave the tweeting to the birds, not your phone. Do you really need another picture of that sunset or can you give yourself permission to simply savor it for yourself?

Smell the dirt. Feel the sun on your face. Walk barefoot on the Earth.

Relish in the moment.

The more our lives become entangled with the technological world, the more essential it becomes that we make room to honor, celebrate and connect with the natural world around us.

Allow it to invigorate and inspire you. Give yourself permission to witness beauty and wonder at the life that thrives amongst you.

We are animals after all.

The initial moments of our day, from the very second we wake throughout our preparation for the tasks ahead, hold the utmost importance in shaping and affecting the mindset and attitude we’ll navigate the remaining day’s demands with.

Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, consider these powerhouse practices to influence and impact the opening chapters of your days for the better.

Speak or Think Positive Affirmations

Our thoughts shape our reality so it may come as little surprise that our first thought of the day holds great weight and power. It’s easy to send out an invitation for our own personal rain cloud if our first waking thought is that of dread and frustration.

A sure way to write a positive morning script is to think or speak out loud positive affirmations for your day. Affirmations are a remarkable tool to shift your way of thinking to better attract, practice or embody attributes and experiences you are longing to live.

Seize the day with positive, empowering and affirmative thoughts to carry you from dawn-to-dark.

Mirror Work

We are aligned for success when we relate to and think of ourselves with loving, confident attitudes. For many of us, we may feel leaps and bounds away from our ultimate self-love journeys, but do not fret! There are immense tools and methods to support us along our path.

A super accessible and effective process that we can engage just about anywhere is mirror work.

So how does mirror work work?

Mirror work is an extension of affirmation practices that we say to our reflections in front of a mirror. The mirror serves to reflect back the feelings you have for yourself and can display immediately our resistances and obstacles to receiving and holding ourselves in high-esteem.

While this can feel strange, awkward and even at times lacking of authenticity at first, as you learn to do mirror work, you will become more aware of the things you say and do to yourself and with time, come to care for yourself deeper than you ever have before.

Setting Intentions

Embark on each day by setting intentions or goals for the moments unfolding ahead. Each morning I take the time to write out an intention to practice and focus on for my day, which serves as fuel to feed the fires of my growth and goals, but also supports me in cultivating attributes and virtues I am trying to embody more with each day.

Intentions can be written to specific tasks you are aiming to complete or for grander goals and themes in your life.

For example, if you’ve been struggling with your inner critic jabbing you with frequent criticisms and thoughts of self-doubt, you can set the intention to practice thinking kind, supportive thoughts towards yourself.

Whatever your ambitions and pursuits in your current life maybe, setting intentions to achieve them is sealing prayers and agreements with the Universe for your success!

Gratitude Journal

Gratitude is the attitude for a life full of joy and bliss. When we steer our attention towards the blessings we already hold in life, instead of fixating on what we long for and may not have, we allow ourselves to see how supported and held we are in life.

By gifting yourself the time each morning to write a handful of things you give thanks for, you give permission for a perspective that appreciates all the blessings in your life. You could do this in a personal journal or share your practice with a loved one or friend through a shared medium/platform of your choosing. Or consider posting on an online forum, such as the Raw Alignment Community Facebook page, inviting and encouraging others to express and share their gratitudes too.

The more you make room for gratitude in your life, the more you’ll find yourself celebrating the smallest of joys, giving life and energy for happiness to triumph over apathy any day.

Physical Movement

Feeling lethargic first thing in the morning? Get moving! Sometimes the greatest remedy for a lack of energy is to use energy to create more.

Making time as soon as you wake up to get your blood flowing and heart pumping is, to me, far superior to any wakefulness you can achieve from stimulants such as coffee.

There are various ways to move your body, from jogging, body weight workouts or power walking to hula hooping, dancing or yoga… get imaginative and choose an exercise activity that inspires and excites you.

Not only will you increase stamina, body strength and even flexibility, but the increase in endorphins, a mood-boosting hormone your body produces when you exercise, will keep you smiling too!

Healthy Breakfast

Fueling your body with vibrant, energy producing foods is important any time of the day, but holds an even greater emphasis first meal of the day. Our fast-food, on the go, convenience foods culture has encouraged many of us to run out of the door either without nourishing our bodies at all or chomping down on something empty of nutritious fuel to power us through our day.

When standing in front of your fridge or cupboard in the morning ask yourself, “What can I give my body to feel the sharpest, most energized version of myself?”

Make time to sit and enjoy this meal with mindful, slow paced chews and your full attention. Food is a rich sensory experience. Choose items that are abundant in colors and chock full of life, like fruit smoothies or bowls.

Dance to Your Favorite Song

Find yourself moaning and groaning to the pulse of your alarm clock each morning? Try switching up your beats to your current favorite song to invite a smile to your face and a wiggle, twirl or shimmy out of bed each morning. It can boost your mood and open up your light-hearted, playful side too!


For many of us, the moments between when we rise and when we rest for the day can be chock full of stressful and overwhelming happenings. When we struggle to find a firm foundation in life, days, weeks and even months can go by without us experiencing a moment of peace and quiet.

Cultivating a daily meditation practice comes not only with the promise of time to drop in with yourself and your breath each day, but talks a strong game of other benefits too: from increased relaxation and concentration to boosting immunity and cardiovascular health, there are immense reasons to consider slowing down and spending some precious moments on your meditation cushion.

First thing in the morning is an optimal period to set your timer and put in the effort to still and quiet your mind.

A Practice to Change Your Life: Letting Go of Assumptions

Picture this…

You’ve just finished making an extravagant meal for your significant other. You’ve put an immense amount of effort into its preparation in anticipation of this planned date night that you scheduled weeks ago. From the careful selection of the ingredients at the market to the detailed presentation and layout of the table, you couldn’t be prouder of the feast and ambiance you’ve created. You wash up, put on your favorite dress and sit with wild anticipation for your lover’s arrival. You look at the clock. Quarter to 5.

Okay. He’ll be here soon.

But those 5 minutes quickly turns to 10, 15, 20…

You pace the floor and send him another text message as your attempted voice calls continuously go straight to voicemail.

With each passing minute of his lateness, the dinner grows colder as your emotions take you on a tumultuous ride from annoyance, anger, fear and disappointment. Your mind begins to create castles of ideas of where he could be, what he is thinking, what he is doing…

“That good for nothing jerk! He’s ditching me on our date night. I bet he’s off with that woman from the office that I met at their company holiday party. I hated the way she smiled at him! I had a feeling he was up to no good. Wait until he hears what I have to say to him…”

The power of your imagination spins out of control.

Then you hear the door click. As soon as his eyes meets yours, you explode and unload on him the plethora of accusations you had formed in your head.

And then… somehow.. he manages to explain the various unfortunate events that lead to his tardiness and lack of communication.

  • His phone died.
  • He gets a flat tire.
  • He stopped to get you flowers.
You stand stunned… embarrased, even…

And suddenly, you realize that instead of being available to support

your boyfriend after a challenging time, you projected fears and insecurities onto him,

turning what could’ve been a salvageable date into a sour ending.

I imagine we can all think of situations similar to this one, where our thoughts got away from us. I think most humans have the deeply ingrained habit of making assumptions about… well, everything.

When the mind cannot explain certain events,

  • We tend to form theories on shear imagination alone
  • We assume our own stories are the absolute truth
  • We forget (or refuse) to ask for truth from the other person, believing that anything they say will be a lie.

The unfortunate power of assumptions is
we begin to believe our thoughts to be true.

Do Better… Skip the Assumptions
Be curious!

In making assumptions, we will find ourselves in a trail of unmet needs, both on our account as well as for others.


  • Ask non-assuming, open-ended questions
  • What happened tonight?
  • What thoughts were you having while this was happening?
  • Be upfront, but flexible, with your feelings
  • I felt really hurt tonight when you didn’t show up.
  • Thank you for explaining everything to me. I’m still feeling a bit hurt. I understand much better now, but I may need a half hour or so to come back to happy. I still want to continue on with our date night, do you?

The truth is, there’s really no way to determine how or why things happen as they do. Can you remain receptive to the grand mystery of it all? Can you come to a place of accepting the world as it is instead of how you’d prefer it to be?

When we learn to calm and silence the mental chatter of our mind, we’ll be left with a much more enjoyable version of reality than the one we had previously known.

In this new space, we make room for things to be exactly as they are, leading way to deeper clarity and understanding.

Don’t Read Between the Lines

~What did my best friend mean when she said that? ~That thing that guy did rubbed me the wrong way. ~Why did my mom express that thought like that?

Instead of guessing the intention behind someone’s words or actions, ask them what they meant when they spoke. There’s no need to decipher meaning when we have the ability to communicate our need for understanding.

In my experience, when I have taken this route, I’ve found time and again that there was no ill intent behind the words or actions directed towards me.

As individuals, we all have unique “hot buttons,” or sensitivities, created by our experiences that even our closest friends cannot always anticipate. We think they should know how we think and feel because they’re so close to us, but they’re probably busy thinking the same thing about us – that we should know exactly what they’re thinking and feeling.

By asking questions, we shine light on the truth of any given situation and avoid unnecessary, hurt feelings.
  • Give others the benefit of the doubt.
  • Request clarity from them before diving to the conclusion that their intention was to cause harm.
Be Vulnerable.

In doing so, you better support your loved ones in understanding your needs, and you can understand their needs better as well.

Be Fearless.

State exactly what you want and how you feel.

Be Flexible.

And be willing to compromise in any situation that doesn’t conflict with your values.

Be Kind.

Say what you want is different than saying how you want.

Telling your partner “I’m tired of you coming home late without texting me,” is much different than “It genuinely hurts my feelings when you come home late without texting me.”

We have the power to:
  • Create greater harmony and openness in our relationships.
  • Completely transform our way of communicating with each other.
  • End the needless suffering in our relationships caused by mistaken assumptions.
When we ask clarifying questions and speak to our wants, everyone involved feels more supported, honored and seen.

Through this practice, we begin to see the world as it is, not how we prefer or think it should be. And in this unveiling to truth, we begin to discover beauties we had not previously seen.

Let go of making assumptions
and welcome more freedom in your relationships and life.

Law of Attraction

Hello beautiful people!

Today I want to talk to you about the “Law of Attraction.”

For those of you who are not yet acquainted,

The Law of Attraction is a concept or a theory, or even a truth, that your thoughts, words, and emotions create your reality.

This is a Universal Law which utilizes our thoughts and emotions as a magnet to draw and attract our mental formations into material forms in our lives.

Simply put, The Law of Attraction is our ability to attract into our lives whatever it is we are focusing on.

So how does this take place into our lives?

Let’s say, for example, you often think things like, “I can’t make this happen… I’m too scared… I feel too heavy…” or, on the flip side of the spectrum, you are thinking empowered thoughts such as, “I am going to make this happen. I am worthy of this. I am attracting this into my life. I feel motivated to get this done.”

All thoughts turn into things one day. Of the thoughts listed above, which ones can you see providing sweet, abundant fruit?

You attract more of what you put your focus on. As the first principle of Hawaiian Huna (ancient Hawaiian shamanic ideology) says, “Energy flows where attention goes.” Where are you placing your attention? On affirmative thoughts or scarcity thinking?

If you allow your thoughts and emotions to fall victim to a doom and gloom perception, it may not be all too surprising to find your own personal rain cloud trailing behind you. If you harness the power of your thoughts to focus on positive thinking and tangible goals, you will be amazed to witness your dreams transform from thoughts and daydreams to the physical.

This Universal Law proclaims that whatever can be dreamed and held
in the mind’s eye is achievable if you pair it with action, effort, and
steps towards where you want to arrive.

We have the ability to

  • switch our thoughts and words from lacking mentality to affirmative speech
  • “I don’t want to feel bad anymore.” gets replaced with “I feel vibrant and healthy every single day.”
This can feel somewhat inauthentic when you first begin, especially if it’s something you haven’t tried before.

Replace low vibration thoughts with more uplifting, positive, mental formations when you catch your mind in the “beat myself up” gutter.

Whatever we put out into the Universe comes back to us with a force. When we understand this, we begin to grasp the immense potential of our thoughts, words, and action.

What am I sending out into the world?
And how does it reflect what I am attracting back to me?
How can I rephrase this thought into one that brings wonderful happenings into my life?

More life changing tips to harness the power of the Law of Attraction is to

  • Talk about your wants as if you already have them.
  • Envision yourself feeling the way you want to feel.
  • Pretend right now that you are feeling as joyful and elated as you will in the future when you obtain your goal.

Our dreams manifest into our realities when we align our thoughts, feelings and beliefs with them. Our dreams are unlikely to occur if we call to them from a place of lack, doubt or jealousy. When our emotions match the frequency of our desires, we have officially initiated the attraction process.

  • Example: You have the dream to move to Hawaii, but you simultaneously harbor a lot of doubt in yourself. Perhaps you are fearful due to your current financial situation or perceived lack of independence.
  • The result: Despite the feelings of enthusiasm and inspiration you feel when you envision your dream move to Hawaii, your are hindered by your immense emotions of lacking the capability to achieve it. In this frequency, you don’t feel abundant and you don’t feel ready to achieve.

In order to move forward and get to this place of cultivation:

you need to feel like you are worthy…

you need to feel like you are capable…

you need to expect that it is going to happen and

believe that it has already happened in the future.

You can change your thoughts at anytime, anywhere.

When we train our awareness and mind in erasing negative thought patterns, we take charge of our life. We start a new cycle of courage, hope, and possibility.

More importantly, practicing these new feelings puts us in a state of acceptance, so when the proper situations arise that can lead to our success, we are already receptive rather than resistant.

What if it was just that simple?
What if all we had to do in order to bring our dreams to life was to envision and feel that we already have.

I first hand have experienced the magnitude of this truth time and time again.

Probably the biggest or most frequent way that I’ve noticed it happening has been through meeting people. Whether it has been through meaningful friendships, beneficial business partnerships, or manifesting my harmonious and supportive relationship, my application of the Law of Attraction has brought people to my reality that have absolutely shifted my life in monumental ways.

  • the readiness, the expectation of, and the trust that it’s 100% going to happen in the future.

Whether we are doing so with awareness or not, every action, decision, thought and words of our life are functioning as channels and magnets, communicating our thoughts and emotions to the world and calling in back more of what we have sent out.

The beauty of this law is that it gives you the power to shift and change it, as you navigate the ever unfolding and evolving landscape of your life.
